Our Story

Marsh’n’mallow is the brainchild of Claire Kanj, an entrepreneur who has called the UAE her home since 1980 and whose background includes running her own event management and branding agency. A self-proclaimed foodie, she was eager to develop a unique gourmet product, one that was flavorsome, memorable and simply yummy. The Marsh’n’mallow recipe was developed from scratch, and after thousands of trials and errors from the comfort of Claire’s own kitchen, the Marsh’n’mallow universe launched in Dubai in April 2022. Its name is entirely reflective of the actual marshmallows: it is light, has zero gravity, gluten-free, dairy-free, low fat and uses only premium ingredients. Claire launched with 10 unique flavors and now has a whole range of premium marshmallow based desserts. From Rocky Roads, Choco Barks, Kunafa Luff, Ice Creams and Mallow Kiss. We’re humbled that brands such as Panerai, Coach, Harvey Nichols, Golden Goose and others have chosen Marsh’n’mallow as part of their corporate gifting. Baby showers, weddings and so many other festive occasions have partnered with us to create memorable marshmallows and a truly galactic experience. For now, the universe is our limit and we’re thrilled to welcome you to it.
